Chord Business Development Manager, Alana Turnbull, stated:
“I am delighted to be moving into the role of Business Development Manager at such an exciting time in Chord’s development. I look forward to supporting membership organisations through offering in-house teams extra resources when needed and through sharing tested campaign approaches that get measurable results and improve member engagement and retention.”
Chord Managing Director, Amanda Gilmer commented:
“We are learning daily how the pandemic is throwing up new challenges for our membership clients. It’s great to have Alana back. She will share with new clients how our membership clients are changing what they’re doing. She’ll work with them to deliver touchpoint and welcome calling campaigns, as well as acquisition and renewal support to boost the frequency of personal member contact. This is especially important for vulnerable groups, including students, for whom it’s vitally important that they stay part of an organisation that can help them through these difficult times”.
